We start the process with a quotation, you provide us with pictures, dimensions, finishes etc.

The project is then assigned a Design Project Manager who will consult with you on design, scaling and fabric suitability. We will provide and finesse drawings, book site visits and templating and ensure all design elements are finalised and captured.

The quotation will contain the fabric quantities required for each piece of furniture. Once your fabric selection has been made, we capture the fabric reference and upon receipt we will assign your fabric to the piece of furniture.

Once the design has been finalised the project is handed over to  production where a team of highly skilled artisans will bring your project to life. 

Our discreet team of installers will deliver and install the furniture on site, removing all packaging and with minimum disruption to you or your client.

It’s our daily goal to ensure that all of our clients are delighted with their purchase. Should for any reason this not be the case, we will work with you until this is achieved.
